Kapolei homes sold during the six month period July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008.
During this period, Kapolei had 23 fee simple single family home sales. The lowest priced sale was $385,000 for a two bedroom, two bath home on Kumuiki Street. The highest sale price was $698,000 for an large four bedroom two bath home on Oea Place. The average selling price was $516,956.
