During 2011 Kapolei had 50 fee simple single family home sales (not including Kapolei Knolls). The lowest priced sale was $386,000 for a two bedroom, two bath home on Ipolani Street. The highest sale price was $757,000 for a four bedroom, two and a half bath home on Hokuimo Place. The average selling price was $503,859.
Kapolei homes sold for 99% of their list prices on average. Time on the market until going into escrow averaged 47 days.
Kapolei is a relatively new neighborhood. The oldest home sold during this period was built in 1990.
