Twenty-nine homes sold in Manoa during the second half of 2009. Selling prices averaged 97% of list prices. Manoa homes averaged 59 days on the market before going into escrow.
The lowest sale price was $550,000 for a three bedroom, one and a half bath home on Pinao Street. The highest priced sale was $1,975,000 for a five bedroom, four and a half bath home on Manoa Road. The average price of Manoa homes sold during this period was $901,944.
