Bluestone townhomes were constructed in 1979 and originally sold in leasehold. Most units have been converted to fee simple. Lower priced units ($300's - $400's) are most likely leasehold. Please contact us for more information.
Bluestone floorplans range from approximately 1,532 square feet to 2,209 square feet. The townhomes are two and three bedroom units with 2.5 to 3 bathrooms. Lanais range from 340 square feet up to 1,087 square feet. Each Bluestone townhome has two covered parking stalls.
